Red Light Therapy

Low level light therapy (LLLT) with red light may work by influencing cell signaling and growth factor production while reducing oxidative damage in treated skin, manifesting as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Despite the promise, there is not much evidence for its use in eczema or dermatitis.
